After analyzing a variety of different techniques, Dr. Kim has found that the most effective way to shape the penis is to subdermally insert long-lasting dermal fillers (used extensively in plastic surgery) into strategic locations to enhance the penis shape. We have found that this procedure has tremendous benefits from a patient perspective (virtually no pain with local anesthesia, little downtime from normal activities, and least amount of invasiveness) while delivering the best aesthetic and physical results.
The lasting results are durable and satisfying all around: the typical result that we see with patients is a 25% increase in girth from baseline and .75 - 1 in. increase in length, with many patients reporting an increase in pleasure for themselves and their partner.

Another technique to enhance the shape of the penis is to transfer the fat from one area of the body (generally from the midsection, ‘love-handles’, or buttocks), process the fat for safe injection, and then insert it into the desired area for optimal results.
The main benefit to this technique is removing fat from unwanted areas of the body to enhance the desired areas; the main drawback is that it does include a degree of invasiveness and increased surgical cost.

Our goal is to find a balance between the perfect result and patient experience, which includes patient pain, recovery, and the invasiveness of the procedure itself.
The most common surgical procedure to increase penis length involves a severing the suspensory ligament of the penis, which lends support during the erect position. This often results in an unappealing scar, change in sexual function, heightened pain, extended recovery, and other side effects that we do not find viable.
Our filler or Lipo technique, we have found, offers the benefit of enhancing the appearance and sexual pleasure to the patient’s satisfaction while avoiding the deleterious effects of a more invasive procedure.

What is penis enlargement?
Penis Enlargement (P.E.) is a procedure done at Houston Circumcision that involves the use of permanent dermal fillers or the patient’s own body fat to enhance the appearance of the penis.
Medically recognized and minimally invasive, it offers a safe and effective way for what many men want: to immediately enhance the girth and length of the penis with very little pain and downtime.
How is the P.E. procedure performed?
We offer two types of P.E. procedures here at the clinic: our most common involves dermal filler injections at strategic sites to shape the penis to the patient’s expectations. If for some reason the patient would like to go a different route, we also offer fat injections which have been liposuctioned from different areas from the patient’s body. Is there an age limit?
Yes, there is an age limit: we only accept P.E. patients that are above 18 and above.
How long will the procedure take?
The permanent filler technique is very straightforward: most patients are able to complete the procedure within an hour.
The duration for the fat transfer procedure varies on the patient’s body, which is why we require an in-person consultation for Dr. Kim to evaluate if this is the best procedure for you.
Who will be in the room during the procedure?
Dr. Kim and his medical assistant will be in the surgery room during the procedure.

How long is the recovery time? What does it look like?
It depends on the type of procedure performed: by using dermal fillers, there is very little downtime compared with other procedures like grafts and implants: plastic surgeons prefer this technique for this reason.
With fat transfer, there is more downtime associated with making sure that the liposuctioned area heals correctly while making sure the fat fits into the desired shape. Dr. Kim can consult with you to discuss the two different types.
Who will be in the room during the procedure?

Can I travel to get this procedure?
Yes! Many patients travel to our clinic for this specific procedure and wonder if they are able to take care of everything the same day. Each patient is different, we recommend giving our team a call to discuss the details.
The dermal filler technique is the best option for traveling patients; our policy for patients undergoing the fat transfer procedure be located in or nearby Houston for medical follow-up and monitoring.
Will it affect the size of my penis? Will it affect the sensitivity?
No for both. Since we are removing just the foreskin, there will be no change in the size of the penis, erect or flaccid. To that note, none of Dr. Kim’s patients have reported a change in sensitivity since most of the nerve-endings are located in the head.
What is more important? Girth or length?
Studies (and general female opinion) has shown that girth is a more important factor than length in terms of sexual satisfaction (both male and female). Length over 7 in. tends to cause discomfort to the partner, while girth tends to increase the pleasure during intercourse.
